About us

Founded over 30 years ago, we are a well-established organisation, exclusively working in care. We have two care homes, Nettlestead in Bromley, and Priors Mead in Reigate. We also have a large homecare service covering the same areas, so we can be very flexible around job structure and location.

We are also in the process of transitioning to an employee ownership scheme.

What this means for our employees is that they now play a far larger part in how the company is run, through harnessing their front-line expertise to transform our results. They also share in the results.
