Life at Priors Mead

It is not only a safe and peaceful environment, it is also a place of warmth and kindness. I feel fortunate that my mum is being cared for in such a lovely place. I commend all of the staff that work at Priors Mead for the qualty of care that my mum is receiving.

We cannot praise the quality of care enough. There is a homely, welcoming atmosphere where staff, residents and relatives are so friendly, like one large family. There is also a high standard of professionalism where everyone is treated individually and with respect.

I just want to express our gratitude for the love and care my uncle received at Priors Mead. It really was extraordinary and second to none. I never cease to be amazed by the genuine love shown to residents, the standard of cleanliness and the quality of care.

We visited up to twenty homes before selecting Priors Mead. Yours was the only one in which we both felt comfortable, and how we have been proved right. Mum could not have received a better level of tender and loving care anywhere else, your staff have become part of the family.

We would very much like to thank you all for the love and care you have given our Mum over the last 5 years. From her first day at Priors Mead we never had to worry about her welfare and we couldn’t have asked for better care for her.

The staff made it clear that Priors Mead was my mother's home, extending every care possible to both her and the family, always making us welcome. Residents were treated with respect at all times and individuality was recognised.

I felt very much that I knew I had made the best choice for my mother.
