News & Activities March 2023
Hello all, I hope you have been keeping well and that 2023 has been good to you so far! Please accept my apologies for not receiving a newsletter in February. I can reassure you that we had an exciting activities plan in place, I just didn’t get as far as sharing it with you!
Thank you to those of you who took the opportunity to provide some feedback about our home and service if contacted last month. We have received the results and are preparing an action / improvement plan for some of the points raised, however we were generally very pleased with the feedback, specifically in relation to our wonderful team, thank you.
Relatives Meetings
Myself and Tenniece will be asking to meet with each resident’s next of kin / POA this month for a catch up, care plan review and general feedback. If you would like to arrange this in advance please let us know your preferred date/time, otherwise we will be in touch to arrange this with you in due course.
Covid Update
We have decided to stop requesting masks to be worn, though of course this is as per your own preference. We will continue to assess risk and will keep ourselves updated with guidance, however we feel that the risk is currently reduced and is likely to continue getting better as the weather improves and we enter Spring. Thank you so much for your support and understanding to date.
Welcome
We have recently welcomed Patricia and Hugh into our home – we hope you are settling in well!
Last month we enjoyed celebrating Peter & Clive’s birthdays, and this month we are looking forward to marking the occasion with Jean & Marjorie – It is always a pleasure to be a part of your special day
