A Warm Welcome

We would like to say a big welcome to Annette, Gabrielle and Rita who have joined us at Priors Mead. We hope that you will be very happy and are feeling settled with the Priors Mead family. If anybody knows of any students that are doing their Duke of Edinburgh Awards or for their own experience and would like to volunteer with us please contact Priors Mead.

Feedback

We would like to remind everyone that positive customer reviews and good online ratings increasingly play a key part in helping us come to the attention of potential clients, and so are always valued by us. However, we recognise how valuable your time is so we are offering a bottle of wine to all online reviewers that take the time to share their opinion with us. These can be posted at www.CareHome.co.uk

Facebook

Please do have a look at our facebook page which we would encourage you all to go on and have a look at and share any ‘Priors Mead News’ so if you haven’t already please do go on and like our page!

Activities

We are extremely sad to be saying farewell to Vanessa who leaves us at the end of January after 10 years at Priors Mead. She has been a fantastic member of the team who, without a doubt, found her niche in running the activities programme. She is going to be a tough act to follow. If you are able we would love you to join us on the 31st January between 6:00pm and 7:30pm for some nibbles and a drink to wish her luck as she starts her new life in Northampton.

Although a slightly daunting task, we have done it, and quicker than expected, with someone whom we believe has the enthusiasm, knowledge and experience to excel in the Activities role!! Understanding the Priors Mead ethos of remembering our residents and their families are at the heart of everything we do!

Please all welcome Sarah who will take over from Vanessa. She is really looking forward to meeting you all over the coming weeks, but should you wish to contact her directly before then please contact her via email on sarah.green@nightingales.co.uk

We always strive to provide a full and varied activities programme for our residents, but please let us know if you can think of anything else they might enjoy and we will try to include it.
